SUP Pilates Ibiza: What it is, SUP Pilates classes & schedule

SUP PILATES (or Pilates on the paddleboard) is a complete training system that combines the Pilates Method with Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP).
It provides an extremely effective, challenging, fun & refreshing Pilates fusion workout. The practice of SUP Pilates also allows to enjoy a great scenery together the calming & healing powers of the sea.
Practising Pilates core-based exercises on the board enhances the recruitment of the deep stabilizing muscles of the pelvis and spine. It also multiplies the challenge and benefits of Pilates. Furthermore, it builds extra flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

Our SUP Pilates Ibiza classes are open to all levels of practice. In addition, if desired, they also include an introductory Stand-Up Paddle Surf course. Therefore, there is no need to have previous experience in Stand Up Paddle Surf in order to join these sessions.

Schedule:

Every Tuesday, 18:30-20h (17:30 to 19h during October) & Wednesday 10:30-12h at Es Figueral beach, S. Carlos, Ibiza.

Other days, times and locations are also available on demand

Our SUP Pilates Ibiza classes are guided by Shankara, Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP) certified instructor by the Spanish Federation of Surf and the International Organization of Stand Up Paddle Surf, certified SUP Yoga & Pilates teachercertified Pilates & Yoga instructor, personal trainer and SUP YogaPilates teacher trainer officially qualified in California (USA).

RATES (including all SUP Pilates gear rental):

  • Groups 4 pax min: 45€/person
  • Private lesson 2/3 pax: 60€/person
  • Private lesson 1 person: 90€
