Our SUP YogaPilates sessions are open to all levels of practice and available in English & Spanish. If desired they also include an introduction course to Stand Up Paddle Surf so there is no need to have previous experience in Stand Up Paddle Surf in order to join these sessions.

We offer SUP YogaPilates sessions on demand in Ibiza & Formentera. throughout the year. These session are led by Shankara, founder of SUP YogaPilates, Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP) professional instructor by the Spanish Federation of Surf & the International Organization of Stand Up Paddle Surf, SUP Yoga/Pilates instructor & teacher trainer certified in California (USA), Yoga & Pilates qualified instructor, Indian & Hawaiian Hula dancer & Hawaiian’s culture & philosophy specialist, where Stand Up Paddle Surf originated.

The sessions include:

  • Introduction to Stand-Up Paddle Surf (Optional)
  • Paddling technique coaching / perfectioning (Optional)
  • SUP YogaPilates (Yoga & Pilates fusion on the Stand-Up Paddle Surf board)
  • Postural aligment & Balance exercises
  • Breathwork
  • Relaxation

Together with SUP YogaPilates sessions, we also provide retreats and teacher trainings worldwide, together with Stand-Up Paddle Surf (SUP) classes, SUP Fitness sessions & SUP excursions in Ibiza & Formentera (Spain).
